Yoga in the Iyengar Style

The power of Iyengar yoga lies in the blossoming of the inner most levels of innate intelligence through asana and pranayama practices, from a foundation of the yoga sutras. The Iyengar focus on alignment builds strength, stability, flexibility and mobility making yoga an ideal way to improve the quality of your daily living, on and off the mat. Practice and training, aligned with higher states of consciousness, have enhanced my observation, touch, and movement skills to offer an empowering and enlivening yoga experience.

 

Private Classes - One on one time offers specificity to your unique story. Those who have a practice can deepen and explore. Those who are new get on the fast track to the wonderful world of yoga. This is a wonderful opportunity to take your personal practice to another level, and/or to develop new approaches to your physical challenges. Every Body is a delight to meet! Appointments based on the meeting of our schedules, in the comfort of your home or at one of several of convenient locations. One hour $ 108

 

Small Group Classes - Fun, unique and diverse, these multi-level classes unfold from a combination of students’ requests and needs. To arrange family or friends classes, time and cost are co-created, in the comfort of your home or at one of several of convenient locations.

 

Practice with Kandy Classes - Join me in my 90-minute personal practice once a week at Lotus Blossom Clinic. Love offering.

 

Workshops - Immersion workshops are offered monthly at Lotus Blossom Clinic. $63. Schedule for additional workshops in other locations will be posted. See available course content under Workshops. I am also available to travel out of county and state and country. Per hour or percentage fee co-created per event.

 

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is a delightful approach to safely experience the many benefits of yoga in the warer. The feeling of weightlessness takes the stress out of joints and stabilizes them to free muscular tightness or discomfort. Yoga in the water also supports better breathing, pelvic floor strengthening, quieting the nervous system, and overall relaxation. Best of all, Aqua Yoga is fun and is great for all body types and abilities! All you need is your willingness to play and explore…and a bathing suit. Time and cost co-created.
